Using laser technology, the laser anilox cleaning system removes ink from inside the cylinder cells, removing any type of ink, glue or varnish.

The cylinder to be cleaned in models with a rotation system is placed on supports that make it rotate while the laser head advances horizontally across the entire surface of the cylinder.

This entire process is controlled by servo drivers and frequency converters so that the accuracy of the movement is assured The operator simply has to place the cylinder in the equipment and activate the cleaning from a simple and intuitive software installed on a touch screentil.

      • Electronics: Control by PLC and OMRON touch screen to configure parameters and measurements of the anilox.

      • Ioperator’s fax:  The touch screen shows the status of the machine and alarms, with emergency buttons.

      • Laser: Low maintenance diode technology.
      • Extraction system: Captures particles in a reusable filter.
