Using laser technology, the laser anilox cleaning system removes ink from inside the cylinder cells, removing any type of ink, glue or varnish.
In models with a rotation system, the cylinder to be cleaned is placed on supports that rotate it while the laser head advances horizontally across the entire surface of the cylinder. This entire process is controlled by servodrivers and frequency converters so that the accuracy of the movement is assured. The operator simply has to place the cylinder in the equipment and activate the cleaning from a simple and intuitive software installed on a touch screen.
