DINO LITE, Digital Microscope
This new generation microscope, connected to your computer via a USB port, allows you to analyze, measure and photograph: – Your printing cylinders to judge their condition, their clogging, cleaning results. – Your printed substrates to judge their printing quality. – Your printing plates to judge their condition and technical specifications.
PROTECTIVE COVER
RECYL protective sleeves absorb all shocks that could damage your cylinders (on the machine, during changes, storage, transport). They protect against ink and grease splashes and prevent fingerprints during handling. They are made to measure and can be attached with VELCRO in a few seconds inside or outside the machine. A label holder facilitates cylinder identification.
CLICHÉ BRUSHES
Three models available: – The long model and the square model, adapted to large size clichés, – The small model, ideal for small size clichés. Please note: – PVC handle: resistant to solvents and water. – Synthetic hairs: provide better resistance to solvents while preserving the clichés. These brushes are used with cliché maintenance products (Quick’Wash Premium, Quick’Wash UV, Quick’Wash SolvAnt, Quick’Wash Booster, Quick’Wash Booster Plus).
BRASS BRUSHES
The brass brush is reserved exclusively for chrome-plated rollers (flexo and helium). Please note: – The diameter of the strands 0.076 mm = great flexibility + thorough cleaning of the alveoli, – The body in PVC : resists solvents and water.
STEEL BRUSHES
High quality stainless steel brush is reserved exclusively for cleaning ceramic aniloxes. Please note: – Strand diameter 0.076 mm = great flexibility + thorough cleaning of the alveoli, – PVC body: resists solvents and water.
