Our high quality metering blades represent a considerable improvement in terms of coating adhesion, wear and abrasion resistance, and are the result of know-how accumulated over the years.

The K Ceramic Doctor HQ blade was designed in response to numerous customer requests to reduce smudging on prints, such as lines caused by the metering blade, streaks or shadows.

Roots Doctor

“Roots Doctor” is a product created in pursuit of better gliding action and crisp movement by using materials with remarkable lubrication for the coated surface.

Soft Doctor Hi-Blade

“Soft Doctor” offers improved wear resistance and has a thinly coated surface to maintain a low hardness.

Pure Alloy Doctor Blade

“Pure Alloy Doctor” is manufactured using a nickel alloy for the coating surface and is suitable for water-based inks and flexographic printing.
