The I-ICS system monitors color concentration (viscosity and temperature) throughout production with a revolutionary system that goes beyond a simple viscometer.
The I-LAC system cleans deeply, removing dried ink from inside the alveoli without damaging the cylinder cells thanks to a precise and efficient laser.
The I-ACS Washing System ensures the necessary volume of ink in the chamber as well as manages the automatic cleaning of the entire circuit.
The I-AMX_MCV is an advanced two-component adhesive mixing equipment with solvent and viscosity control. A solvent-free adhesive mixing model is available.
The I-IDS ink dispensing system is designed to obtain any color mix, up to a total of 32 colors with management and recovery of leftover inks.
The I-DBC camera system is indicated to force the filling of the anilox cavities, improving the quality of all jobs. Possibility to include printer supports.
The ASW is a manual storage system for flexo in vertical position. It is designed in fixed modules, expandable between them and 100% customizable, to adapt to the characteristics and measures of each customer.
We introduce our I-ASW-TT, with a capacity of up to 16 pieces, with a maximum height depending on the needs of the rollers, as it can be custom-made.
Using laser technology, the I-LAC laser anilox cleaning system removes ink from inside the cylinder cavities, extracting any ink, glue or varnish.
