TruPoint Orange squeegees outperform traditional steel squeegees in virtually every category with longer life, greater accuracy, significantly reduced anilox damage and wear, and increased safety among other factors.
TRUPOINT GREEN
Corrugators need an innovative squeegee due to market demand. TruPoint Green is for corrugators producing medium-high quality graphics. TruPoint Green is stiff, strong and flex resistant and cleans better than UHMW. TruPoint Green also contains recaptured carbon which helps improve environmental impact.
DURAPOINT
For Corrugators producing medium and medium-low quality graphics and looking for a squeegee that will last longer, TruPoint DuraPoint is the squeegee for you. Unique high density UHMW formulation to increase squeegee life and improve graphics.
UHMW
UHMW is an ideal material for printing environments that combine long runs, low-linearity rollers and abrasive coatings. This soft, thick material ensures safe handling and is very tough. The dense molecular structure of UHMW makes it highly resistant to abrasion, resulting in an extremely long squeegee life. This squeegee can be used both as a dosing squeegee and as a containment squeegee.
POLYESTER
The polyester squeegee is made of a durable material that is highly resistant to chemicals and has a long service life designed to replace steel and reduce anilox scratching in closed chamber systems. The durability of polyester makes it a valuable choice for containment.
